Foundation to a Successful Fitness Program

GOAL SETTING: We will work with you on setting appropriate goals based on your needs and will clearly define what we are going to do to help you reach yours goals.

EVALUATING:  We will evaluate your current fitness level by performing a functional movement analysis, testing flexibility, strength and cardiovascular fitness.

ACHIEVING:  Your personal trainer will guide you through your entire workout session, providing you with as much motivation and instruction needed to help you achieve your goals.

SCHEDULING:  Convenient one-on-one sessions will be scheduled on a weekly basis.  The number of sessions per week will be determined by your goals and motivation.

SOLUTIONS:  We will provide you with solutions to your challenges: living and exercising with arthritis, osteoporosis, joint replacement, heart disease, cancer, back strain and weakness, and post-rehab needs.
